This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Rushax has taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.

1. Our Business

Rushax is a digital agency based in London, England, providing web design, SEO, digital marketing, and related services to clients across the UK. We are a small business with a limited supply chain, primarily comprising software vendors, freelance contractors, and cloud service providers.

2. Our Commitment

Rushax has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking in all forms. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We expect the same commitment from everyone who works for us and all those in our supply chain.

3. Our Policies

We maintain the following policies to support this commitment:

  • Recruitment policy, we recruit directly and verify the right to work for all individuals we engage.
  • Fair pay, all workers are paid at or above the National Living Wage.
  • Supplier due diligence, we take reasonable steps to assess the practices of our suppliers and contractors.
  • Whistleblowing, we encourage anyone with concerns about slavery or trafficking in our business or supply chain to report them without fear of retaliation.

4. Due Diligence

We take the following steps to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain:

  • Engaging only with reputable suppliers and platforms with established terms of service.
  • Conducting identity and right-to-work checks for all contractors and employees.
  • Reviewing our supply chain periodically to identify any heightened risk areas.

5. Training

We raise awareness of modern slavery risks with all staff and contractors who work with us, so they understand how to identify warning signs and how to report concerns.
