We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Rushax Hub and Connected Accounts

Rushax Hub (hub.rushax.com) is our marketing and CRM platform. Inside Rushax Hub you can connect accounts you own with Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn. This section explains what data we access from those accounts, how we use it, and how to remove it.

Google user data

When you connect a Google account in Rushax Hub, we only request access for the features you choose to use:

• Google Analytics (read only), we read your website's traffic reports, such as sessions, users and traffic sources, to show them in your Rushax Hub reports.
• Google Search Console (read only), we read your site's search performance, such as clicks, impressions, queries and average position, to show them in your reports.
• Google Ads, we read your campaign performance to show it in your Google Ads dashboard, use Keyword Planner to show search volumes when you research keywords, and upload conversions from your tracked leads to your Ads account when you choose to send them.
• Google Business Profile, we read your business locations and their performance, and publish posts to the locations you select when you create them in Rushax Hub.
• Your Google account's name and email address, so you can see which Google account is connected.

We use this data only to provide these features to you and your team in Rushax Hub. To produce the written insights on the Google Ads dashboard, campaign figures are sent to our AI provider, which processes them only to generate those insights and does not use them to train AI models. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone else except where the law requires it.

Rushax Hub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn data

When you connect a Facebook Page, an Instagram professional account or a LinkedIn Page, we access only what is needed to publish the posts you create in Rushax Hub and to show you that account's analytics, such as reach, views and followers. We store the account's name, ID and access token so these features keep working, and we do not use this data for anything else.

How we store this data

Access tokens and the data we read are stored in our database, can only be used by Rushax Hub's own systems, and are only shown to the business that connected the account and the team members it invites.

Disconnecting and deleting your data

• Stop access, disconnect the account in Rushax Hub (Social Media, Connected Accounts, or Integrations). We stop accessing it straight away.
• Revoke access with the provider, you can also remove Rushax Hub's access at any time from your Google Account permissions, Facebook Settings under Business Integrations, or Instagram Settings under Website permissions.
• Delete your data, email info@rushax.com from the address on your Rushax Hub account and ask us to delete data from connected accounts. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
